Does CMP Global sign NDAs?

Yes. We routinely work under NDAs and treat all CAD models, drawings, and technical data as confidential.

How long does it take to receive a quotation?

CMP Global aims to respond to quotation requests within 24 hours. Upon receiving an RFQ, we analyze manufacturability, material requirements, finishing needs, and other technical factors. We also review the delivery plan based on production volume. Some requests may require clarification, which can extend the timeline.

What shipping options are available?

• Express (4–7 days): Best for shipments under 660 pounds.

• Air (7–10 days): Suitable for mid-sized orders where speed and cost need balance.

• Sea freight (5–6 weeks): Most economical for large-volume shipments.

Please note: local handling fees may apply for parts shipped from Vietnam.

How are tariffs handled?

Our team will guide you through the best options to manage tariff exposure. Please provide the intended end use of the parts to ensure accuracy and compliance in customs declarations. Where applicable, we apply the First Sale Rule to lower dutiable values and can also advise on design or process modifications to qualify for lower-duty classifications.

What payment terms do you offer?

We offer flexible terms based on order volume, project scope, and customer history. Standard terms are 2% 10, net 30. For new customers, the first purchase order is COD after part inspection. All freight and tariff charges are the customer’s responsibility.
